🙂 Am I the only one who prefers & misses not working from home? I’ve been really sick for a week and 2days, but I’ve still been working and taking care of other people’s stuff. It’s my day off, but I have to get in shower for a dental filling(s) appointment. When I get out of there…I’m finding whatever I want for lunch, and going home to turn my phone off and sleep. I NEED some sleep and alone-time.

Edit: fuck what is happening this week? Dental work was $450 and it's from vitamin deficiency shit from a health problem I have had for 14+ years! I have told the dentist this, and she understood, but I hate when you're around "*that* side of town" people and you see/feel this silent judging going on between her and the staff the whole time. I just sat there, thinking: let's just wrap this shit up. I wanna get outta here.

1. You couldn't cut me some damn slack for being an easier patient?! (I've HEARD the others who can complain about the air hitting their throat or "sensitivity") And I just sat there saying "fine", because I've been through stuff as bad as bamboo shoved under your nails: high pain tolerance. I've been post-surgery in hospital at 14 and thought I'd get "in trouble" (drugged thoughts) for clicking on too much morphine. A nurse came in, looked at me, then clicked it a few times. BUT you're welcome for not pausing the dental work every 2min, like many of your patients I've heard.

2. I understand it was front teeth and tooth-color filling, but JEBUS: $450???!!! When I had asked for an estimate a week ago: "it will be conservative" sounded like $80-200. DAMN.

3. Thanks? I guess? I mean, it :does: look better. Maybe I'm just a lil bummed out bc of a big lip and bloody smile...on top of everything else this week. Maybe a lil too much of my inner kid is here and really really wanted a cheeseburger happy meal, but I can barely talk. Maybe I just need a nap.

4. Just to let you know: if I look college-age.......it does NOT mean I can throw my parents' money around, like other kids. I NEVER COULD DO THAT. I couldn't even waste food as a small child. My parents (on THIS side of town) use the word no...unlike YOUR side of town. ALL I'm tryna say is: a clear estimate wudda been NICE: I'm trying to find a better job and I now have $188 to my name.

5. I need some cafffeine and a new body...how much is that?
