I am looking for a post war fic, where Harry and Draco communicate via enchanted journals under the pseudonyms Flash and Luc.

Draco resides in Paris and is studying at Sorbonne, and lives above or works in a cafe called The Leaf and Bean, run by a woman called Emma (or something similar).

Draco and Harry reunite at hogwarts where they are both teaching.

I can’t remember where I read it, but it would have been first published over 15 years ago.
