A couple things here: "Like" he was having a breakdown. Sorry to say Carl, in some way you definitely are.
And the reveal of the naga threat being butchered was soooo good. Especially with Vinata passive aggressively both threatening and trying to recruit Carl.
She has almost nothing up her six sleeves if the Blood Sultane is nearly wiped out
Women in Mahabharata - The Masterlist I
This is a compilation of the women who appear in different versions of the Mahabharata as well as the folkloric literature that enriches it further.
Written versions being actively covered so far are Vaishampayana Mahabharata (considered the mainstream original), Harivamsha (appendix to the Vaishampayana version), Vishnu Puran (written around the same time and hence considered as a supplementary narrative), and Jaimineya Mahabharata (only from the Ashvamedha Parva that still survives).
I sometimes also supplement interesting information about these women if I find them in other purans.
Other sources occasionally used/planned for future: Bhasa's plays, Kabi Sanjay's Bangla Mahabharat, Kashiram Dash's Bangla Mahabharat and the Bheel Mahabharat.
To be added if I find good translations: Souther Recension of Mahabharata, Javanese and Balinese Kakawins, Sarala Mahabharata, Jain and Jataka versions. I might also add more here if I find more versions to be excited about.

Mezcal Farmers
Mitla, Oaxaca, México 2016
The Mexican state of Oaxaca is the largest producer of Mezcal in the world. The Mezcal; an artisan drink, it is not confirmed as a distilled drink before the Spanish conquest but it is one of the most preferred by Mexicans.
Early in the morning the Mezcal is made by hand by small producers in relation to industrial manufacturers of dubious flavor.
In this early morning shot of a sunny and misty day; I witnessed one of the most beautiful dance performances I have ever seen.
Not them already looking to buy him like prized cattle 💀
Women in Mahabharata - Vinata
A daughter of Daksha, she is one of the wives of Kashyapa along with her various sisters. She is also the mother of Aruna, the charioteer of Surya, Garuda, the mount of Vishnu, and Sumati, married to Sagara, an ancestor of Rama.
The most relevant story relating to her is the tale of her losing a bet with her sister Kadru and being turned into a slave by the latter.
A quest to steal amrita from heaven, the cost for her freedom, then leads her younger son towards a permanent alliance with the Devas against the Naga tribes, antagonizing them farther, which is echoed in multitudes in the epic that follows.
She, in her graha form, is known as Shakuni.
