This chocolate banana smoothie will take you to Oaxaca with its rich flavors. When you mix cacao, banana, and spices together, you get a tasty treat that tastes like traditional Oaxacan chocolate.

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons cacao powder. 1 tablespoon agave syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 pinch ground cinnamon. 1 pinch cayenne pepper. Ice cubes.

Instructions: Peel the banana and break it into chunks. In a blender, combine banana chunks, almond milk, cacao powder, agave syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
