Raising your vibration
Leefy greens, raisins, beetroots, watermelon, dandelion, greens, almonds, high raw food daily, grounding ,laughing, smiling, sunshine, just going for a walk, exposure to greenery and nature,yoga, classical and relaxing music, gratitude, love, joy.
Lowering your vibration
Hard alcohol, junk food, toxic relationship, toxic thoughts, toxins from the environment, toxic cleaning products, toxic food, excessive red meats, liver and other organs meat, white sugar, medication, radiation exposure, consistent heavy metallic music, yelling and arguing, holding on to the past, stuck emotions such as anger, guilt, resentment. ( okay guys I saw a comment and I just want you to know that it's okay to have low vibration it falcuate and about medication part you can take it as you want and don't think just because of low vibration u should not have them you can raise your vibration any time it's in your hand . )
