And now a heavy weight has come off of my shoulders. Ever since I started making novelisations after Fallen Angel the main thing I wanted to do (You know, besides making Lilhy into a pureblood Lesbian, permanently killing off Ra’s, giving JPV Elf ears in future issues, and more of everyone bullying Bruce) was to solve the injustice done to Shondra Kinsolving. Permanently deaging her into childhood was a boneheaded and outright misogynistic story decision. Oh no, a woman knows Bruce’s identity as Batman and loved him genuinely? Pshhaw, we can’t have meaningful status quo changes in the main Batman books! Put her through the age regression winger and only mention her a handful of times in the following years! (Azrael does not count as a meaningful status quo change because post-KnightsEnd he was mostly exiled from canon and continuity into his own book) And so I had her cure both Az and herself. It seemed like the best way to bring her hack into adulthood. As for Azrael Rising itself, dear god is it a boring two-parter. Boring villains, boring artwork, boring environments, and a supremely boring and hard-to-adapt script. I’m EXTREMELY glad to finally be rid of it. I am, however, pleased to report that the next two-parter that I have adapted will not at all be a source of boredom. As evidence, I provide the following:

Ok here's what I got in mind for @facetiousfanatic's fantroll classes!

Kiropt, Maid of Space: I chose this because Kiropt seems to really embody Space as a person in many ways, and she would work really well with the maid/made of puns!

Permal, Mage/Seer of Doom: Mages seem to start their arcs surrounded by too much of their aspect, and what with Permal being super down in the dumps about her situation this seemed perfect! Idk whether you want her to be active or passive though so I think Seer would work well too

Minera, Rogue of Light: I'm really excited about this one because what did Minera do? Found a capsule of information about Earth. Who was her client player in Sgrub? Annix, and her planet was Earth 1920s themed. What did Minera do next?? Used the information she'd taken and gave it to someone else for their benefit, which is exactly what a Rogue of Light would do! It fits perfectly!! Also ngl Minera in a Rogue outfit is 0w0)b

Aligra, Page of Breath: This seems to fit her pretty well because she's super gullible and bad at making long-lasting relationships and just in general seems like she doesn't really have a handle on her aspect just like a Page is known to do. I still love her though <3

Corvet, Sylph/Knight of Rage: Ok ok, I know these are pretty different classes, but I wasn't so sure about her. Sylph seems like a good fit because she's super protective of Annix and won't hesitate to meddle with anyone who tries to even talk to her, which is a trait of Sylphs. However, they're one of the most passive classes, so I also included Knight as a more active option because she's really careful to never let anyone know her true caring self, hiding it behind lies (the persona of a Knight!). well actually I think Knights are passive but they're still more active then Sylphs so whatever

Annix, Witch/Heir of Time: Ok I was least sure about her but I get Witch or maybe Heir vibes from her so you know what that's good enough *shrug*
