There is NO wrong way to have a body. Yesterday after much thinking(and some crying) I decided to post more from the mini shoot I did in my room. My first caption wasn’t the mind set I preach to hold on to and thus for felt like I needed to try this again. Love yourself always. Maybe your body isn’t traditional American standards of “pretty” but you’re the one who is to live with yourself at the end of the day. Why hate yourself because of a tummy or cellulite? If there are improvements you want to make that’s fine but love your body because you only get one in your lifetime. Love is the answer to most things. Used this recipe as a guide but I used different veggies, and white + brown rice. And instead of honey I used brown sugar+white caro syrup. Bell peppers, broccoli, green beans, carrots, and onions.
