This cauliflower pizza crust is a low-carb alternative to regular pizza crust. It's crispy on the edges and firm enough to hold your favorite toppings without falling apart.
Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, grated. 1 egg, beaten. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes or until soft. Allow the cauliflower to cool, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Transfer the cauliflower to a mixing bowl and add the beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the cauliflower mixture onto the paper, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and firm. Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the toppings are heated through.
