So, on Saturday I went to the first VEGAN MAKERS MARKET at YAGAN SQUARE in Perth. I am thrilled that this is even happening, but I was quite disappointed that there weren't a lot of stalls. There were only very few and what they were offering wasn't great. Hopefully this will be HUGE next year! The food was ok. I have to say, there is also a lot that can be improved in terms of what's on offer, quality and a big one- TASTE! I tried these things, but it wasn't exactly a taste revolution. The TOFU was as always super delicious though. That was my favourite!!
