She. Totally. Would. Oh yes. She’d be blank faced still, maybe a little smirk on her lips, but that would amuse her. She thinks the Captain is one amazing woman, and would love to be a part of it.

Proooobably not haha. She would if forced as would be her job to obey. But she doesn’t think highly of herself, never mind in appearance, so would try to avoid it at all costs. She isn’t one to make a great enough expression that would entice people into joining LOL. She’s too... blank faced. So it’d be her staring at a camera like “Join us”. ... Oh hey, that might work. Hypnotic staring!
How would varsix handle someone who used to be resistance but decided to join the first order?
She would be very wary, but welcome them nonetheless. While she would worry they would be seeking to gain plans, movements and information and so forth, she would also think they chose the right side to be on, and extend her welcomes while keeping a close eye on them at all times where possible. She would also think it her job to keep an eye on them in a sense and, if something happens, it would be her problem, whereas in reality it’s not just her problem, but the problem of many. But that’s just how she thinks; she’s overly protective of the First Order.

Varsix truly believes she needs to enact revenge for every little thing the Resistance does against the First Order. Any little thing, she believes, should be paid back tenfold. Kill a First Order person? Kill ten of theirs, so on and so forth. An eye for an eye, but worse.
She might find it slightly fun to get revenge, but fun is not something she experiences unless training, to which, once a blue moon, she will enjoy. The twirling of her weapon, the dances, the winning - or sometimes losing, she enjoys, and could call ‘fun’.

Like a dying star, nothing left of you...
Varsix knows she will end up dying in the name of the First Order, that is for sure, but how... she doesn’t know yet. Hopefully in battle, she thinks, doing something akin to her ancestor in holding back the enemy from gaining what they want, no, ensuring they get nothing from her death. She wants a heroic death where she will be remembered. But if that will happen, who knows?
She had a new scar to add to her small collection, one running across the back of her hand. She eyed it with a silent sigh, the thought of the lash hitting her bare skin making her mind crawl with echoing pain. She had been tired during the training and found herself struck hard enough it broke skin. Healed now, two weeks later, she was left with a prominent scar.
Mistakes happen. They will not happen again.
