Round of applause for the marketing team at Bath&Body Works for their beautiful and aptly named products. They got me. I now own their "Vampire Blood" room spray, their "Everlasting Magic" shower gel and their "Ghoul Friend" three-wick scented candle; all of them products I absolutely did not need. They're lovely and they smell like my wannabe goth teenager wanted to smell. And well, maybe that's what adulthood is, making your 14-year-old-self happy.
The illustration on the candle though, it's absolutely beautiful.
I'm not even gonna lie, using the name "Lucien (or Lucian)" for a future child sounds pretty good right about now lol Okay, I'm kidding. Kind of. It's not half bad 🤷♀️

⚫ Vampire Lore and my life-lomg OBSESSION with them.
⚫ It sounds cool and isn't particularly common IRL.
⚫ It means "Light" in French. My child would be the "Light" of my life. And I'd teach him to be a "Light" in this otherwise dark world. The name would be fitting.
