im going to lose my trucking mind.

you’re used to things watching you — you live beyond the wall for christs sake. but this is different. because the gaze you feel boring into the back of your skull always feels wrong. unnatural somehow, like you’re somewhere you aren’t supposed to be and the pair of eyes shouldn’t be able to watch you like they do.

sometimes, when checking your snares, you think you see a pair of orbs — ever so slightly illuminated. but the snow always comes in flurries when you’re alone, and the flakes kiss your lashes shut before you have a chance to register what you saw. whatever it is, if anything at all, is always gone when you look again.

jon really should stop doing that, you know. hiding behind trees, making himself barely visible for some seconds, retreating into the dark again when you see what he wanted you to. but the jump of your pulse washes over his skin like winterfells sun when he was a boy.

World is hot and scary. Vampire bf is cool and soft ♥️

Jon is trying (and failing) to pay attention to the film (that he picked out).
