The Fourth Ward is shit, and Itori wonders if just existing is worth all the trouble. The peacemaker is a real bastard, and has everyone under his heel, and when Itori ponders how any of this is worth it, the peacemaker rule is threatened by a ghoul no one knows who is, or is hiding for that matter. Her curiousity is piqued, and she sticks around to see how it'll all end. Perhaps she'll be the one laughing in the end.
