Aaaaand it's a GOLD!! First in Women's 60kg Raw Open!! Hit an overall total of 332.5kg (733.0lbs) which is a master total and qualifies me for both 2017 #uspanationals and #iplworlds in the 60kg weight class ππ it's also. 33.5lb total PR from my last meet πͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌ!! So happy with my performance today an I'll hit those failed lifts next time!! Of course one of the biggest leg days we've had since #uspanationals and I forget my knee sleeves hooray. In spite of that still had a good day 465lbs for 5 reps then 365lbs for 20reps.
