I’m all smiles knowing that for the first time, I’m in a position where I have clear goals that I am passionate about it. There is no room for hating my body for what it’s not, only space for revelling in what it can do. Here is to a year where I am not at war with myself, reducing my self worth to a few digits on a scale. I am more than that number. I deserve more than that number. This year is about grit.
