@chrisgordert Man this right here took it out of me 😂 My schedule makes it hard to find balance between my athletes, my businesses, my workouts and actually having a life lol. Even tho consistency isn’t where I want it to be, believe everytime I step up to the bar I will give every ounce of my soul to achieve it. That’s all I have ever known.
