since skypeia is where we first hear about the sun god, and even the rain god, forest god, and earth god, i hope we get more sun god lore, and even the other gods too bc im desperate

i also hope it doesnt overshadow usopp since its supposed to be like his arc, esp since it did w zoro in wano, and we didnt even get his backstory in the arc just in an sbs so

Strawhat Pirates:

Luffy:

Couldn't sit still-

Super Excited that he always accidentally tumble over some decorations

His Face paint would be always ruined by how he keeps moving and shoving his face on food

Will not even leave a plate of food for Ace-

Three cups of sake will be on the table infront of Ace's bounty

Sneezes often because of the flowers (marigolds)

Content with only face paint, because the costumes are itchy

Nami mostly monitor him while the others prepare, Luffy tripping over the railing is possible

Keep him away from candles-

He could burn the decorations

Did he just felt Ace's presence?

Nami:

Wearing bright flowing dress that reached up to her knees

The dress is expensive soo anyone staining it will receive a hard hit from her

Crowned with Flowers

Face paint is with flowers and butterflies

Responsible for keeping Luffy away from food in the afternoon while Sanji cooks

Will monitor Luffy for Usopp if he got tired, Though payment is needed

Tangerines and Bellemere's favorite food on the table, accompanied by her maps showing that she's following her dream

Zoro:

Doesn't wear anything for the occasion

Hates the face paint

Just wears his same old clothes

Though wears a skull necklace since Chopper gave it to him

Here for the booze and rum-

Drinks the night away

Your responsible for dragging him to bed along with Nami when passed out

Simple food and sake on the table, he doesn't have a picture of Kuina but its alright. He used his katana, Wado Ichimonji

Sanji:

Fired up for the occasion

Has alot of recipes for it

Really busy after Lunch, Cooking alot like for a banquet of a hundred people

Swoons over Nami and Robin, complimenting them every minute

Poor guy would be washing the dishes after, He's used to it thought

Its not like him but since its a special occasion, he bought alot of alcohol for both Nami and Zoro knowing they were heavy drinkers

Wearing an elegant black blazer, wears the facepaint after done cooking

He remade the meal of what he was supposed to give her mother when he was a kid

Alot of marigolds around her mothers picture

Robin:

Very much loves the occasion (mostly the skulls)

Adds real skulls...(no one knows)

Wears a flowing dress, reaching up to her ankles

A single marigold behind her ears

Facepaint is only black and white, her forehead painted like a spider web

Helps Chopper and Usopp decorate

She bought all the flowers

Usopp mostly sit with her and rest after watching over Luffy

A very simple dish for Saul and her Mother

Doesn't have any picture of her mother but uses an old newspaper of Saul and Olivia

Usopp:

Responsible for making the decorations and face paint

Very busy for the whole day with Chopper assisting him

Pissed that Luffy's paint keeps getting ruined-

Wears bright clothing, not a blazer but something his used to

Burned out at night

Cuts himself often, Chopper would bandage it

Looks after Luffy first while making the decorations

Luffy helps sometimes

A dish of her mother's favorite food will be infront of her picture, along with marigolds

Fireworks- YES-

Chopper:

Wears a skull mask

He mostly gets spoiled with sweets by everyone except by Luffy and Usopp

Gives Zoro a handmade necklace-

Helps Usopp with the decorations, almost panicking every time he cuts himself

Always get lifted by Robin

Sweets infront of Hiriluk's handmade jolly roger

Always sees pink petals flowing on the corner of his eye

Franky:

Not really doing anything than chatting with the strawhats

Helping Usopp with some decorations

Though his responsible for look out incase a ship were somewhat to appear

Bought alot of coke and ingredients for fireworks

Coke and food for Tom, He doesn't have a picture of him but improvised and built a small statue of him-

Keeps Luffy and Chopper entertained if everyone is busy for the preparations

Jimbei:

Chats with Robin and Franky most of the time

Tells stories to Luffy, Chopper, Ussop and Franky

Helps with the cooking and ingredients

On a look out with Fanky

If something is forgotten in an Island he will go and buy them since his a fishman

{really need more with Jimbei's screen time}

Decorates the skulls because Usopp and Chopper finds it scary

Food and alcohol for his fallen comrades and Whitebeard

Brook:

Very happy about this occasion

Although his dead-

Feels like his birthday

Doesn't need make up and that made him pout-

Though he feels handsome in a blazer

Responsible for the music

Chats with jimbei from time to time

Entertains Luffy

Wants to see Robin and Nami's panties

The one to blow out the candles if everyone passed out

Alot of dishes on top of a piano and an old picture of his crew while he plays the piano

Supernova Captains:

{Couldn't find any Supernova gifs so this will do}

Law:

Doesn't really celebrate but his crew insisted

Forced to celebrate in an Island because the submarine would be overflowed with marigolds

A simple dish for Corazon is enough

His crew made a mini festival for their own

To say he actually enjoyed it

Doesn't say it to his crew though, he just says 'it was good'

His crew just gave him a knowing face

He mostly would be leaning on Bepo and drinking alcohol

No Facepaint

Kid:

Takes time to convince him to celebrate

Alcohol works-

Just sits somwhere and drinks the night away

No flowers-

Skulls are alright

Facepaint? Try him

His crew doesn't force him to join them

Singing is alright

Drunken singing never fails to make him chuckle

Killer looks after the crew if a drunk someone falls off the railing (that was mostly Kid...)

Bonney:

Life of the party

Eat Sing Dance Eat Sing Dance Eat Sing Dance-

Everyone in the crew's face are painted

The face paint is simple, Not wearing a dress but her everyday clothes

Some are wearing a costume

Would even drag someone to the party (who is not even part of their crew)

Festival is in an Island

Food is cooked by the chef and three others helping, There are many mouths to feed

X Drake:

Crew told him about this occasion so he thought why not try?

So yeah, A mini festival on their ship

He wrote everything that is needed on a paper and grouped his men in 10 groups to buy, cook, decorate etc

First time face painting and he wasnt used to the dry feeling on his face

Light weight

Monitors his crew, especially the drunk ones

Buut- passed out drunk because his crew forced him to let loose

Hawkins:

They were able to celebrate because of the cards (maybe)

Everything he decorated for their party was decided by the cards

No facepaint nor costumes

Skulls are greyish black

The decorations would consist of yellow, black, red, orange and green

Atleast he had fun for a bit

Wasnt a fan of the flowers though

Apoo:

The party would be extreme-

The decorations would be laser lights and glitters

No skulls, marigolds or candles etc

Their party could last a week

Festival or Concert would be in an Island, Townspeople would be dragged in the party too

Alot of food, alot would also be wasted

Their party would stop if marines came

Bege:

Celebrates with his wife and child

The crew would also have fun

Treats everyone in a fancy restaurant, inviting Chiffon's sister

They would party all night long

If his wife retired, he would too. Leaving his crew/children to have fun and get drunk

His first mate would watch after the crew

The restaurant would be heavily gaurded of course

Urogue:

Not sure about this guy but I bet he would join Bonney in the party

Would be the winner in a drinking contest

He would let loose, possible harming people if agitated when drunk

Hard to get drunk

Let his crew party with the Bonney Pirates

Whitebeard Pirates:

{Couldnt find anything again}

Festival in Fishman Island

The fishermen gladly joined with them

Everywhere was covered of pictures of the dead, candles, marigold petals and food

The whole Island would party for a week

Alot of dancing and singing

Everyone is scattered having fun

Marco would be busy dragging passed out mates to a bed

The princess joined in the party having fun listening to stories about the surface

All of them would have to clean everything after

Sake for Whitebeard

Children are excited to paint anyone's faces

Marco would wake up and find himself covered in paint, head to toe
