Where Madara is type of getting too jealous for their friends and when their attention is cut of by someone else he's type of showing how much he hates it. So when Hashirama marries Mito and Hashi's time with Madara gets cut off Madara is sulking which makes people start a gossip saying he's in love with Hashirama (ugh of course I'm not in love with that bark brain Izuna I have good taste wtf!)
Enters Tobirama who started to get feelings for the man after knowing him in a peaceful set up and having his heart broken without confessing after hearing the rumors. Still even heartbroken he can't make himself stop from soaking in of man's attention so he still goes out to drink and spend time with Madara.
One day they get too drunk and fuck. Madara after sobering has this mind-blowing revelation that Tobirama is an option as an partner and before Tobi wakes up already makes full plan how to court him etc. But everything goes shit when Tobirama wakes up because Tobirama is afraid of rejection and before Madara could say anything he says Madara could use him for pleasure if he wishes so because he(Tobi) will be using him as a subititue for Ä°zuna(who's very much in love and in a good relationship) and Madara's whole dream and plan comes down crashing right before his eyes. He gets angry and they have morning hate (heartbreake) sex.
Anyway all this little plot writing was for everytime Tobirama wants have sex face to face Madara thinking he want that so he could look at him and imagine Ä°zuna and gets furious so he either shows his head down or pushes his palm over Tobirama's face which makes Tobirama think he does it because he doesn't look like Hashirama and Madara doesn't like to look at him and BLA BLA BLA angst pinning everywhere

I do love the madatobi fic dynamic where Tobirama is either a beta or an omega who is particularly disinterested in being in any way vulnerable or lesser, surrounded by the most loud and proud alphas: his anija and The Uchiha.
Madara is probably the most aggressive alpha to ever alpha ever of all time, and uses that in his daily life. So when Tobirama pays that little to no mind it drives him Crazier.
