Day to day
"What is your day-to-day job?" The promo for the young news anchor show on my favorite news channel keeps repeating while portraying her in action elsewhere too. I think the question is fitting and universally applicable especially from places around the world where people take liberty for freedom to act, which is pretty much around nowadays.
Yes, jobs come with "job description", so there are no surprises here. Therefore, acting above and beyond may come based on management directives or on one's own time. Such voluntary actions themselves are increasingly regulated and in many instances are even encouraged after business hours in what is called now the non-profit sector, but in fact it does have many benefits and are worth engaging in.
Having said that, and in case you have not noticed yet, AI is increasingly positioned by its developers to provide self-services to professionals. Indeed, this does mean that an individual is being provided a higher level content of these services to carry out their duties, but so does everyone else will too.
In addition, recent analysis by tech experts indicates that this trend and the giant investments that is provided for its development will make it last in its basic structure for at least a decade to come where such AI features can only improve before transitioning to the next level of using these valuable tools.

Notes from G's underlining of 'I want to Die but I Want To Eat Tteokbokki'
"A hierarchy [...] is anyone taking notes of the meeting?" G: reminds me of the junior doctors in Roman Ward. But actually AI can do this for you
E: it's good to trust people too. I use Google but I don't tell it my every thought. Too much computer breaks the brain. It is better to feel someone physical to trust
[...] E: Without pressure or anxiety, there's no progress either. You just have to develop the techniques to cope with that
G: I wanted to live as much as I wanted to die E: I was like this once too
"Have compassion for everyone you meet, even if they don't want it. What seems conceit, bad manners, or cynicism is always a sign of things no ears have heard, no eyes have seen. You do not know what wars are going on down there where the spirit meets the bone."
Miller Williams, poet
(8th April 1930-2015)
Universality means human rights belong to everyone, everywhere, without exception.
When rights are denied to one, they are weakened for all.
(Poetic text titled “Article 2.2: Universality” discussing human rights as equal, indivisible, and belonging to all people regardless of identity, borders, wealth, or power.)

Need to find a good ethics book. Confucius maybe
"Is there any religion whose followers can be pointed to as distinctly more amiable and trustworthy than those of any other? If so, this should be enough. I find the nicest and best people generally profess no religion at all, but are ready to like the best men of all religions."
Samuel Butler, writer (4th December 1835-1902)
