How the hell is this thing allowed to be a stallion?!?
Like dear God, it looks like two people in a horse costume. I knew a lot of quarter horses looked like shit but Jesus what is this?? How would you even describe his confirmation?
i do not like this
Part two of things that may be helpful when writing recovering/underweight whumpees from someone who is underweight because I thought of a few more
(Once again, these are just my experiences, I’m not a medical professional and experiences can vary)
**✿❀○❀✿**
- Clothes, mainly bottoms, DO NOT FIT. I have to wear a belt with nearly all my jeans. This is made worse due to the fact that I have very long limbs and I’m a little taller than average for where I live. If it fits length-wise it’s gonna be too big in the waist. I can’t believe I forgot to mention this in the first part, smh. So, give me whumpees who don’t fit into any of their old clothes anymore after being rescued.
- Intense exercise wears me out quicker. I love swimming but I’ve noticed that I feel more wiped out after intense sets than my friends, even when I’ve been practicing often and am in “good shape”.
- Body fat floats in water due to its lower density, and since I have a lower body fat percentage I’m very bad at floating. When I’m on my back I have to keep my arms and legs moving slightly to stay afloat otherwise I start to sink. (This is regardless of the amount of air in my lungs or how relaxed I am, trust me I’ve tried).
- This relates to what I already said in part 1 but when it’s cooler out I really have to wear a few extra layers or sleep with extra blankets to stay comfortable if the room is cooler.

Gaining: vintage obesity imagery.
Fatness is not the same as health, btw. The level of fat you have says very little about your health.
You can be underweight and plus-sized. You can have a lot of fat on your body - be chubby or fat - but still not have proper nutrition in your body, and weigh very little.
Fat distribution in your body is not a reliable way to measure your health. Fat distribution has a lot more to do with your genetics and hormones, rather than your calorie intake.
The only time fatness should be of any concern is when someone is morbidly obese to the point where they cannot function, or are literally eating themself to death from an eating disorder.
The only thing that defines your health is whether or not you are physically active (which depends on a person-to-person basis, as many physically disabled people have different needs in terms of physical activity) and if you are getting enough nutrition (and no, this doesn't mean "don't eat cake/fast food!!" or whatever, it means make sure you are eating plenty of vitamin-rich foods as well as those sugary or greasy foods.)
Diets are a scam (for the most part, unless you are trying to build muscle, in which case diets for protein-heavy foods are rather useful, but those diets SHOULD NOT tell you to cut out any food.) Our society tries to convince you that you are eating wrong, or that your body shape is wrong, by companies who want to leech money and time away from you. Ask yourself this - if diets actually worked, why are there billions of them, which constantly contradict each other? Wouldn't doctors have declared a "proper diet" by now?
Fatness is just a natural physical variant of the human body.
In conclusion - make sure you are getting your needed vitamin intake. Don't cut out foods unless you have an allergy, intolerance, or you are doing so for moral reasons (and if you have an eating disorder, talk to an ED-knowledgable therapist before choosing to cut out foods!)
