#unconfortable

Okay, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to talk about it, but it’s been bothering me a lot, so here’s what happened.

To make a long story short, last Thursday, a guy who had invited me for coffee in January and whom I hadn’t spoken to since March, showed up at my stop to chat while I was all alone. We talk about everything and nothing and at some point, out of nowhere, he said: "Damn, you have beautiful hair! " And then he starts petting my head like you would a cat and telling me how beautiful he thought I was... It made me feel very uncomfortable... of course, I don’t think he had bad intentions and maybe I’m making a mountain out of nothing, after all it’s just my hair, but... #1 I hardly know him, #2 We had previously both agreed that we had nothing in common and so it would never go any further then being friends and #3 It really came out of nowhere!

If he had asked my permission, it would have been weird, but still it would have been less akward for me... In the end I nervously laughed it off and I wasn’t able to tell him I didn’t like being touched without my permission, even if it was just my hair...
