Cha Ji Yun refers to The North Wind & the Sun, an Aesop fable about the sun and wind betting on who can make a traveller take off their coat. The moral of that story is that gentleness and kind persuasion (Sun) wins but force (Wind) fails. She says she is going to be the sun. We see her gently motivating the development team to produce better ice balls whenever Kang Si U repeataedly keeps rejecting them.

She also brings up her ex's song to talk about those two approaches. How she pushed him to release it even though it was rough and sloppy (timing) because it felt new to her but now the song is more polished (completeness).

They finally make a successful version with a final input from him but she reminds him he is always going to needs other people's support, even if he wants to pursue his method.
