I am the President and CEO of Twix, and for many years there has been the debate as to which Twix is better. Left Twix is enrobed and Right Twix is coated... or whatever my idiot of an advertising VP came up with.

But in the words of Filthy Frank, It's time to stop.

What even is a "Right" Twix?

[He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a wrapped Twix bar]

[He rotates the candy bar 180 degrees and laughs]

[He takes the candy bar and stomps it into a paste with torn wrapper throughout]

brownies:

2 eggs

1/2 cup (42g) cocoa powder

1/2 tsp (3g) salt

1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder

1/2 tsp (1g) espresso powder

1 1/2 tsp (6g) vanilla

1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup (200g) sugar

3/4 cup (95g) flour

1/3 cup (55g) chocolate chips

in a separate bowl cream butter and sugar, then microwave gradually until sugar dissolves and is shiny. set aside. in another bowl, mix together eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, instant espresso, and vanilla. combine the egg and butter mixtures well, then add flour. once barely mixed, add in the chocolate chips. do not overmix. set this aside

cookie dough:

1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, soft

3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar

1/2 cup (100g) white sugar

2 eggs

1 tbsp (12g) vanilla extract

2 cups (250g) flour

1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda

1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder

1/2 tsp (3g) salt

1/3 cup (55g) chocolate chips
