These Mini Hi-Hat Brookie Cups are a delightful combination of brownie, marshmallow, and chocolate goodness in a mini cup. Perfect for parties or sweet cravings!
Ingredients: 1 package of mini brownie bites. 1 cup of mini marshmallows. 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup of heavy cream. 1/4 cup of chopped pecans. 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips. 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup of unsalted butter.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Place mini brownie bites in a mini muffin tin, one in each cup. Bake for 10 minutes. While the brownie bites are baking, prepare the marshmallow filling. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mini marshmallows and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove the brownie bites from the oven and use a spoon to create a small well in the center of each brownie cup. Pour the marshmallow mixture into each well, filling it to the top. Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallow filling is slightly golden brown. In a small saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Once the marshmallow-filled brownie cups have cooled slightly, spoon the chocolate mixture over the top of each cup, creating a chocolate shell. Sprinkle chopped pecans, mini chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate coating while it's still warm. Allow the mini hi-hat brookie cups to cool and set for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
