Day 1 #EntwineMyValentine is #compasspose and #childspose - after 20 minutes of shoulder opening stretches, side body stretches/twists, hamstring stretches, deep breathing and watching @jadebellyyoga video a gazillion times (thank you for posting), here's my first attempt at this twisted, tangled hybrid asana! #Mikko came along to lend some support! At one point he walked underneath my leg as I was about to slide it forward to lower myself to the mat!
