12. what is your OCβs best memory?
garfy: being given captaincy the second time. as much as he kinda hates it, the fact he was given it again despite the first failure is a very high honor. he wants to lead this team to win the cup even if it kills him
mikko: his first NHL win. It was hardly his first start in the nhl but being able to show he's worth keeping and worth actually being up in the nhl
elliott: being drafted. he was only drafted in the third round but it was to a team he loves. it's not like he didn't think he would be drafted but the memory is still high in his mind regardless.
13. what is your OCβs worst memory?
garfy: being stripped of captaincy. ultimately it was a good thing, they shouldn't have had their newly drafted kid be captain anyway, but it still hurt to be 19 and told you're not good enough. He had an A anyway, but it's something he looks back and wonders if he should've just tried harder.
mikko: being drafted to the wyverns. Mikko doesn't... really like being on the wyverns. it's def not the team he would've chosen to be drafted to and there was a bit of resentment when he was even if he was honored to be drafted in the first place. now he's better, fine with being there, but even now he'll doubt there would be many tears shed from him if he left
elliott: there's not many memories he would call the worst but maybe it's every time he's lost in the playoffs. whether it was ahl or nhl, he takes it to heart and always feels pretty gutted even if it was only the first round.
