Lydia and Kanus are former witches and the Succubus and Incubus couple that passed their curses onto Elijah so they could grow old.
They were Cursed as they were from feuding covens and their family saw them together as a betrayal, and Elijah as an original was the only thing they believed would survive both curses being passed onto him and live long enough for them to die of old age of the curse wouldn't return to them.
