Something about being plural makes any moment where my existence is validated, really intense? If that makes any sense.
For example, being acknowledged individually between switches. Or, for our headmate Mitten, she exists more in headspace or around the body rather than being a fronter. She needs extra acknowledgement to feel real and seen and cared for. Or even little things like seeing all my followers reblog my lil system posts with their tags. Seeing mutuals or familiar urls/PFPs.

I demand that tumblrology is how we should refer to internet archeology involving tumblr (tumblr history for short) or the study of its fandoms specifically on the apparatus that is the website known as tumblr.
whats the line you draw when it comes to gimmick blogs vs highly themed blogs? do heritage blogs count? what about the secret staff blog? does firefox-official count??
Out of the ones you've listed, I'd draw the line at firefox-official. Little of their posts seem to correlate to pretending to be the official firefox account, while the others keep some consistency (i.e. the "secret staff blog"). Heritage blogs most definitely count.

y’know, I strongly believe that there’s power in repeating expressions to oneself. for me, I can endure anything as long as I reaffirm that circumstances can improve, and do improve; that all progress made towards contentment is worth working for; that negatives, like positives, are not eternal.
conversely, I see statements that are spiteful, embittered or self-deprecating get repeated as almost a kind of social bonding point. whenever somebody in my circles used to go pity-fishing I’d be torn between gainsaying them and having my words not be taken well vs enabling pessimistic talk deployed as conversation. once upon a time, I was defeatist, and I can never, never allow myself to go back to that - if I tell myself I’m stupid, or a freak, or anything of the sort, I may drift ever so slightly towards believing it.Â
so I don’t. I’m none of those things. I’m proud of what I can do. and so should you be.Â
