I have made!!!! A dentist appointment!!!!

a lot of you guys probably don’t even know that for the past few years i’ve been kind of struggling with weight issues because of my depression. not to the point of an ED, but i got quite underweight and visibly skinnier. and for a couple of years my weight has been constantly jumping between 49 and 50 kilograms (it would change several times in a week) and also because of that my period would just not appear at all. HOWEVER recently i’ve been recovering from that, my weight had stabilized to 50 kilograms and my periods now come once a month. even though it’s still not ideal compared to my height (169cm), i’m still quite proud of myself since i’ve quit skipping meals and eating fast food so much. i feel so much better both physically and mentally 🥹
