“I’m sure she would prefer being able to see you. Consider it a holiday miracle.” He smirks, picking up the bottle that Rude has put down. “We’ll see you in two days’ time.” 

“Thank you, sir.” Rude looks at Reno. “Don’t be dumb while I’m gone.”

“Happy holidays.” Rude wishes them, then takes his leave.
