A recent prototype has just been running around Fuji Speedway in Japan being driven by Akio Toyoda, the CEO himself! Of course, as per the rules for this class, road going versions must be made of the Race car and this instantly will be the brands flagship! Expect pricing to start around $740,000 which isn’t too bad for a literal road legal LeMans racer! 🔥@Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The powertrain consists of a racing 2.4L TwinTurbo V6 and THSR (Toyota Hybrid System-Racing) making 986HP with some saying closer to 1,000HP. Now the cleave car actually will have less power limited to 750HP and will be weight locked at 2,425lbs! 🔥 It is 100% carbon from the chassis to the body using gold heat shielding and parts from the LeMans racer! Just looking at the design you can see the aggressive aero and LMP1 design DNA with that rear fin and gaping intakes! The race cars will sport a super slick livery too and even has a ROOF SCOOP! It will join the growing GR line including the GR Yaris and GR Supra!
