We all deal with mental chatter, sometimes it can even be helpful. But losing yourself in it, identifying with what it says too much & thinking it is actually *you*, can be a Witchโs downfall.
Itโs extremely important to learn as early on as possible to distinguish between your Soul speaking and your mind talking. Remember that when youโre talking to yourself in your head, your Soul is not the one talking, itโs the one listening!
Our minds can drive us crazy, they can lie to us, make us feel bad, they can believe other peopleโs lies... your Soul will never. Your Soul is your Bigger, more Powerful, Older, Wiser You. You can always trust your Soul. It always has all the answers and has access to all the wisdom youโve been amassing for thousands of lives.
Donโt ever underestimate the importance of learning to discern your One True Voice from the Mental chatter. As a Witch the voice guiding you is powerful, make sure to listen to the right one. โจ๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐โจ
