*they dubbed over Kirby instead of keeping ohmoto's voice but unlike the few times they had someone dub over Kirby in English they actually got someone who can do a Kirby voice. And it's legit so cute like, he even does his little "hiiiiiii" at one point??? Uh he is quieter than like everyone else though but tbh it kinda adds

*very obviously based on the 4kids dub, and this is how I found out the saxophone solo wasn't just part of the instrumental for the theme song because it is sadly absent here :( but what it does have is them saying (what translates to) "Kirby Kirby Kirby's everyone's friend" and i think that's adorable i just want y'all to know this

*the dub title for the show is "the stranger from space"

*they renamed lololo and lalala AGAIN i think??? This time they're Pololo and Palala. (If I heard right- i have audio processing issues 💀 but like i think that was a p sound). Why does this keep happening to them. (Edit: okay my audio processing really sucks istg when I watch the scene back it sounds like they're both introducing themselves as 'Pololo' to me . Praying they dubbed fofa factor and that'll have their names said again 😭)

*they called nightmare Ahriman and i double taked So hard. For those who are unaware: Ahriman is a figure in Zoroastrian mythology, and is in layman's terms the "big bad" of it. And tbh like from my admittedly limited understanding he actually, does fit for nightmare ?? Tbh i get why they'd localize him like this because nightmare in Krbay doesn't really have anything to do with nightmares until the finale when they finally face him and he puts Kirby in one. And the games weren't localized into Farsi so I'm guessing no average kid in Iran would have played kirby's adventure. So like. Yeah i think this is fine it just caught me off-guard hearing it.

*I genuinely like Tokkori's voice in this dub

*I do not like Escargoon's voice in this dub he sounds too Peepaw i prefer when he sounds like a drag queen

Yeahhh... see, Vezzpa has a hard time expressing a lot of emotion that's not annoyance or anger.

Her childhood never gave her the room for tears or stress when work was always THE priority. Busy bees or something or other.
