One of the toughest conversations I have with families is when I tell them no one can push their child for greatness; he or she must want it. The Athlete must be self motivated, we merely guide them along! As a Consultant I help layout a path to be seen by the right person; it is like identifying the doors and having the keys to those doors. The athlete will need to decide if they want to go through the door. Parents can drive them to every & any rink, field, venue, etc.. Wherever they need to be. So many people claim to be athletes. Many are far from it. @jacindabarclay is the pure definition of the word. She’s naturally gifted in any field she steps on, be it baseball ⚾️ football 🏈 rugby 🏉 you name it, she has played at the top level and represented Australia 🇦🇺 many times. Don’t underestimate what it takes to be a true athlete. Thankfully, women’s sport is on the rise and this girl leads by example.
