Triple chocolate chunk cookies are a rich and decadent treat. With a perfect balance of semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolate in every bite, these cookies are a chocolate lover's dream.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup milk chocolate chunks. 1 cup white chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. Once cooled, enjoy these delicious triple chocolate chunk cookies!
