They recognized each other in a group for questioning trans ppl, and helped each other in realizing their identities. They decided to come out together, and made it a bit that they were 'swapping genders', Grian being transfem and False transmasc. They became really close after this, often going to pride events together! They're basically known as the trans siblings, despite not actually being related.

They're also helping each other in their transitions! Grian helped care for False after his top surgery, and False helped Grian pick herself some new gender affirming clothing, for example. The other hermits find it really sweet.
