So, as a cis system...

- use BAH/BAA packs, 100%. I'm always happy to provide of course!!!!

- change your language from "i" to "we" — and its okay to forget or fail sometimes, it takes time.

- make pluralkit / simply plural / tupperbox profiles for your alters. No need to fill everything out, but fill out names and pronouns at least. (For our willogenic alters, we list all details from packs we take them from!)

- take it slow! It takes time. Youre not plural now but you will be!!!

- talk to yourself!! This is the best way to 'make' alters form, if that makes sense. Talk to someone in ur head as if there's someone there until there really is!

- to dissociate, zoning out and daydreaming is very similar, so you can do that!

- pretend to switch until you really do switch! Pretend to be your alters, act like they would, type like they would, etc.

- don't fakeclaim!! It wont help you reach ur goal :((

- watch subliminals! Specifically ones aimed at transplurals/DID/OSDD/etc.

Who should I try forming next? I already have anaya and im thinking about forming a jax fictive,, my ideal subsystem is around 20-25 alters big lol

The first group of people who forced gender binary on me, in the form of misogyny, sexism, SA and other joyous things, were cis people.

But the second group who forced gender binary on me, in the form of threats, violence, mockery, and insults, were binary trans people.

If I had to take a bullet for one or the other, I'd do so for my trans siblings no question asked.

But I'm exhausted.

It's weird but I feel like I'm questioning myself again lately. Not like "am I trans ?" But "how am I trans ?". I don't have a clear answer. The way I want to be will take years to achieve and I have no idea if it'll make me truly happy in the long run.

I feel torn apart at the seams, containing multitudes that want their share of myself all at the same time and I can't satisfy everyone.

Being plural truly fucking sucks. Being trans too.

It's like working in a factory in my own body with broken machinery and having to constantly adjust what I do and how I do it and NEVER being happy with the final product.

I feel like I'll always be transitioning, one way or the other. And usually I'll be like "yaaaay growth" but right now man, I'm just tired.
