A classic, but... Trans AU. Imagine they were born identical or opposite gender, but switched later in life. Or transmale!Lilith and/or transfem!Adam!
I specifically have idea where both of them are trans and... they switch each other's deadnames, so they stay Adam and Lilith, but each now has the name he/she likes! Or canon implied, during Lilith's stay in Heaven, Adam comes out to Lilith as trans woman and she's like "Okay, until you pick a name, I'm calling you bitch or something" and they laugh.
Mainly fluff and hurt/comfort. Tell me, what you think!

So like, forever ago (over half a year ago), I was working on updated queer and neurodivergence headcanons (updating the first two drawings and making two more), but then never posted them because I never finished the fourth drawing, and TOH also stopped being my fixation and I stopped making stuff for it-

Ok so since people are like why doesn't Lilith have a -lyn name? And while there's a possibility that gwendolyn was just quirky with naming her daughters, what are we thinking about trans Lilith? What if she picked it herself?
some people head cannon Lilith as trans because her name doesn't fit in with the -lynn name scheme?
