Nice Guys
They say 'nice guys finish last' like being a nice guy is a bad thing. Truth is, healthy, happy women will be attracted to the nice guys, assuming they have other affable and compatible traits.
The unfortunate truth: nice guys are not always nice. guys. Sure the majority of the time they are kind, giving, and respectful. But even nice guys have demons, even nice guys can say or do something so toxic, you don't know if it's forgivable. Once you've been around them for long enough, these things surface, and you get to see the 'nice guy's' qualities that no one else sees.
So really, 'nice guys' don't finish last. Any guy can finish last. The players just show their cards right away, but how much different are these people, really? Can a guy really call himself a 'nice guy'? Maybe they should leave that judgment to the one who knows them best. Let them decide.
I promise a guy who initially presents as nice and later shows toxic traits, will not be considered a 'nice guy.'

What Is Environmental Racism?

Home Cultures 6, no. 3 (2009), Alice Mah describes the community of Highland, a poor Urban community that was founded along multiple chemical factories as a place to put Africa-American migrants coming from the south during the post-war period. It serves as a classic example of environmental racism. The video above gives us a simple break down of the term.

4.4 Reproductive and developmental toxicity
The results of several studies in rats and mice indicate that the ingestion of
manganese can delay reproductive maturation in male animals (ATSDR, 2000).
Testosterone levels were reduced in male rats given an oral dose of 13 mg of
manganese per kilogram of body weight per day for 100–224 days (Laskey et al.,
1982), whereas delayed growth of the testes was observed in young rats ingesting 140
mg of manganese per kilogram of body weight per day for 90 days (Gray & Laskey,
1980). These effects do not appear to be severe enough to affect male reproductive
function (ATSDR, 2000). Several studies that found effects on male reproductive
organs, however, did not assess reproductive performance (IPCS, 1999).
