Getting out of a general art funk by drawing more Mario. Tolstar is one of the most memorable Mario and Luigi bosses for me because I just love what a horrible little nerd he is. Dude's just hanging out in a wasteland near a country's border calling himself King and extorting people for money. Only winged Spike in franchise existence and this is how he lives his life.

It looks like Tolstar has taken a break from profiting off of tourists to the Beanbean Kingdom to become a Spikers League captain! His supercharge ability can increase his stats to match his high power, and his Super Spike is quite the spectacle!
That... IS Tolstar... right...?
