Morrigan’s office was something between a dense, dark forest and the space of a mogul Fae Queen; with a wall from floor to ceiling covered in plants of varying kinds and from varying places, all of which were poisonous or dangerous in some way, and two large tree’s of which unseelie fruit hung lowly either side. A desk, liquor cabinet, chaise longue and comfortable seats, sat on the other side, split between a bookcase with books of many meanings, languages and uses. It wasn’t a place many visited, mostly because Morgan didn’t enjoy people in her space, not unless they were invited. Meetings did occur, but only those of the upmost importance.

“Tinley, my darling, come in, sit,” Morgan called out smoothly, expecting her. The Queen lay along the chaise longue, a book written in old Irish open on her lap. She looked up, a smile pressing to her lips.

“You’ve been busy lately, haven’t you?” she asked.
