Sonic CD - Tidal Tempest:
“Oh noes, an underwater level...which is actually tolerable? Oh that’s awesome. It also has my favorite track of the entire Sonic franchise? Even better. I adore the japanese music for this level. It’s literally perfection. Overall, it’s an ok level.”

Hi! In the past, I tried remastering the US Sonic CD soundtrack. A couple days ago, I started doing the same thing for the Japanese version. This time I'm going all out by isolating the stems for nearly every song in the game--as opposed to only doing it for a few songs like I did with the US soundtrack. I can get a better sound doing it this way, but unfortunately it also means that the project will be much slower than before. Here's the first song that I've done so far! You can get the lossless WAV file in this google drive link--which I'll regularly update as I finish more songs. Along with the Drive folder, I'll also post the finished album on the Internet Archive.
