ㅤeyebrows raise in response to the question, despite the fact that sol is very pointedly not looking at them — a silent 'yeah, duh, of course i remember, it wasn't that long ago' — but byan otherwise waits for him to continue. he does, and... truthfully, they aren't as shocked as he perhaps thinks they will be. it's a bit of a surprise, to be sure — they tend to assume that most people have at least had a kiss by seventeen — but at the same time, sol has never really struck them as the sort to have played around with his sexuality all that much. that, they suppose, is what ended up intriguing them so much when he'd first said he wasn't opposed to the idea of kissing them.

although it's probably not the response he's looking for, byan can't help but chuckle at the admission.

ㅤㅤ" yeah? well, that explains why y'just stared at me for like two whole minutes afterward, "ㅤthey tease, an easy, if also amused grin pulling at their features. it's kind of cute, really, the way he's straight up admitting to it being his first kiss even though he's obviously so shy about it. kind of brave even, in a way, given he no doubt expects to hear no end to them bugging him for it, considering how well he knows them by now. honestly, if the situation was reversed, they wouldn't have said a damn word, so they can't help but kind of respect the choice.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ—not that it's going to stop them from teasing him over it, but still.

Well, he's marginally taken aback by this inexplicable outburst. Mugiwara's curly-eyebrowed chef comes lunging towards him at full force whilst proclaiming that he's handsome, and insisting that he can treat him well. It's weird; it's definitely weird. He's sure he's met the cook before, and he had never displayed this brazenly lascivious energy towards him in the past. He would have recalled if any of their previous encounters had been this... forward. He knew Sanji was prone to hypersexual behaviors around women, but he personally had no prior evidence of witnessing him expressing interest in anyone outside that category.

Kid stares at the cook for a few moments, trying to make sense of what the actual hell he was on about.

❝ ...You what? ❞

What was all this about feeding him now? Since when were the Straw Hats so generous with their rations? He has no idea why Curly is acting so damn overzealous, but he would be lying if he said the prospect of free food wasn't a welcome thought. He hasn't had lunch yet, and now it would appear he was being offered a freshly cooked meal in exchange for essentially nothing in return. Seemed too good to be true. Was this some kind of trick?

Alice had just shown up one day. She wasn't sure how she had shown back up or why but here she was back in Shadyside. She was dead of course but no one else seemed to know that so she tried to blend in going to the school. She's lingering in the hall figuring she could hide out when classes start but she's caught. "Oh uh- skipping class?" She asks before nodding to Deena's bag.

A gentle gasp came from her, covering her mouth with both hands. A date? With Loid? Oh, this was so exciting! She had been wanting to ask him for so long! However, with their jobs, it was not the most perfect scenario where they could live like regular citizens. Finding a babysitter for Anya would also be another case of keeping her safe while they were gone. However... this was a perfect opportunity.
