Threetooth puffer!
A relative of pufferfishes, this fish inflates a unique flap structure on its stomach to appear larger! The flap can be the size of the rest of the fish's body or larger and it has a black eyespot on both sides, both features create the illusion that the fish is much bigger than it really is (warding off would-be predators).
