Sandy - techy like Tweak, but not quite as involved in the hacking scene. Mostly manages her branch of the illegal LAN Tweak's got set up in the Warren and some server maintenance. She is also a big contributor to new code and keeping the info Tweak and others gather secure from probes. Old enough to remember the first computers. Her embrace was rather unfortunate in that it left her without most of a lower jaw, and she communicates almost entirely by Sign. 

Dana 'Lil' Darlin'' Little - A runner, like Charlie, but considered the head of the 'organization' of messengers. Helps keep her runners appraised of obstacles, construction projects, threats, newcomers, and otherwise any issue in the Warren or outside of it that may cause issue for a message or item from being delivered from point A to B. Beleives in learning on the job as the most effective form of training (whether the poor fucker likes it or not...) This woman is not taller than 4'5, and you will not outrun her. You Won't. 

Blanche 'Bobbin' Park - (this is one of my partner's ocs!) One of the older members of the active Warren, Bobbin handles most of the more complicated clothing concerns among the members who care to take her up on it. She's got an eye of any court Toreador for fashion, though she doesn't take much stock in modern styles and trends, preferring to stick to her own era pf dress for formal, and throwing off the peak of the truly wild and avant guard for the Nos styles. She's a Cleopatra, and if you're close to her, you may find yourself invited to a movie night, which will include slasher films, and gory ones at that.

The High House

These three get their own section as they're an interesting bunch and an example of Nos who aren't totally tied into the physical holdings of their warren.

The High House is a group of three that run a drug and illicit substance den, topside. They cater to mortals and undead alike, providing the Warren with tidbits and gossip gained from lips loosened in their pit of ecstasy. 

The main proprietors are Tanner, Kink, and Neb. 

Tanner - Nos, considered the face of the coterie, he does most of the mixing when it comes to more than simple stuff like cutting coke. Like getting said coke into blood, for Kindred consumption, along with any other substance you can think of. Which is where the next part of the three comes in:

Neb - Ghoul. Technically Tanner's, though considered more of the House ghoul than his specifically. Neb takes in the drugs, and gives out the blood infused with 'em. If you pay for it, the House will let you have some personal time with Neb, straight from the source. Neb handles all Kine affairs and deals. 

Kink - Nos. Tends to be the business broker on the Kindred end, though will deal with Kine if it's only over the phone or messages online because while she's got a voice fit for the gods, her body was quite literally contorted from the Embrace. Think of the worst case of scoliosis you can imagine...now make it even worse. Soft-spoken, and always with an ear open to whatever's getting you down.
