ââ . TONY STARK
girl dad! tony stark..
.á Tony insists heâs not a helicopter parent, but you catch him checking the baby monitor from the lab every fifteen minutes. When you tease him about it, he says, âI just like watching my two favorite girls breathing. Sue me.â
.á He constantly jokes about being the âfunâ parent while youâre the responsible one. If your daughter clings to him after he gets home from work, he smirks at you like he just won an award. But you always get the last laugh when she crawls into your side at night for comfort.
.á Youâll walk into the lab and find them both wearing protective goggles, âworking on an invention.â Tonyâs project is high-tech; hers is stacking blocks. He looks up at you and says, âSee? Sheâs clearly inherited my genius.â You roll your eyes, but you secretly love watching them bond.
.á He doesnât just read bedtime stories, he rewrites them. One night, he turns Cinderella into a tale about an armored princess who saves herself and builds her own glass slipper factory. You sit on the edge of the bed laughing quietly as your daughter listens, wide-eyed.
.á Trips to the park turn into races where Tony insists on carrying her on his shoulders so âweâ can win. Heâll build her the most extravagant sandcastles, with working drawbridges, while you sit on the blanket reminding him sheâs only five and doesnât need a moat defense system.
.á No matter how busy he is, if your daughter comes running into the workshop with a scraped knee, everything stops. Heâll patch her up with the gentleness that always surprises you, then glance up and whisper, âSheâs tougher than me, you know.â
.á Tony lets your daughter pick the movie, even if itâs the same animated princess story for the fifth time in a row. He grumbles about it, but sings along under his breath while you cuddle together on the couch, your daughter between you.
.á Sometimes you wake up in the middle of the night and find him sitting in the rocking chair, your daughter curled up against his chest, both asleep. Heâll deny it later, insisting he was âjust making sure she was breathing properly,â but you know he loves those quiet, vulnerable moments more than anything.
ââ . STEVE ROGERS
girl dad! steve rogers..
.á Since Steve was an artist before Captain America, he loves sketching with her. Heâll draw simple outlines for her to color in, then save every single masterpiece she creates. You once caught him tucking a crayon drawing into his wallet right behind the photo of you.
.á It takes him a while, but once he learns how to braid her hair, he approaches it like a mission. You walk in to find him sitting cross-legged on the floor with her in front of him, tongue between his teeth as he carefully weaves each strand. The results are⌠surprisingly perfect
.á Instead of dragging himself out for a solo run, he brings her along in a stroller when sheâs little, or jogs at her pace when sheâs older. The tradition becomes âtheir thing,â a way to start the day together while you get to sleep in a bit.
.á Steve doesnât hover the way Tony might, but his eyes are always on her. At the park, at school events, even walking around the city, heâs hyper-aware of the world around her, standing close enough to step in but letting her explore freely. You can always see the soldier in him, but itâs softened by fatherhood.
.á Every now and then, heâll put on one of his old records, scoop her up, and spin her around the living room. When you walk in, theyâre both laughing, her feet balanced on his as he teaches her the steps. He always gives you a wink and invites you to join.
.á No matter what mission or meeting he has, Steve makes it a rule to be home for bedtime if he can help it. Heâll sit at her bedside, holding her tiny hand in his much larger one, and tell her, âYouâre my best girl. Always.â You know itâs his way of promising heâll come home safe.
.á Saturday mornings turn into chaos in your kitchen because Steve insists on teaching your daughter how to flip pancakes. Batter ends up on the counter, the ceiling, and somehow on him too. When you walk in, she proudly shows you her lopsided creation and Steve shrugs, saying, âAliens, I can handle. Pancakes? Not so much.â
ââ . CLINT BARTON
girl dad! clint barton..
.á You often find the kitchen light on at midnight, Clint and your daughter sitting at the counter with bowls of cereal. âShe couldnât sleep,â he says with a shrug, sliding her another marshmallow from the Lucky Charms box. Your daughter pipes up, âDaddy says cereal at night is the best kind.â You canât even argue with them when they look that happy.
.á He lets her pick the movie, but they never get through it because the two of them fall asleep halfway in, popcorn everywhere. You end up turning off the TV and covering them both with a blanket while Clint snores softly, your daughter tucked under his arm.
.á He takes her out to the Barton farm often, teaching her how to feed the chickens and ride on the tractor with him. She comes home smelling like hay and dirt, but her smile is huge. Clint leans over to kiss your cheek and says, âSee? Country life suits her.â
.á When sheâs still a baby sitting in her high chair, she grabs a spoon and tosses it across the kitchen. It clatters perfectly into the sink. Clintâs eyes go wide and he gasps like she just broke a world record. âDid you see that? Natural-born archer!â You laugh from the counter and roll your eyes. âClint, she threw a spoon.â He shakes his head, grinning proudly at her. âI'm going to have to disagree.. she aimed a spoon.â
.á She hides in the worldâs worst spots.. under a blanket where her feet stick out, or behind the curtains with her giggles giving her away. Clint still pretends to search the whole house, calling, âWhereâs my girl? Did she disappear?!â before finally âfindingâ her. She squeals with delight every single time.
.á Getting her to nap is a battle, but Clint has a secret weapon. He lies on the couch with her sprawled across his chest, humming softly until both of them drift off. You always find them knocked out together, her tiny fist clutching his shirt like she never wants to let go.
.á No matter how old she gets, Clint never leaves the house without kissing her forehead. âLucky charm,â he calls it. When she rolls her eyes as a teenager, you catch her hiding a smile anyway.
ââ . BUCKY BARNES
girl dad! bucky barnes..
.á Every morning, Bucky takes her for a walk around the block, even if itâs just to the corner store and back. She babbles the whole way, pointing at dogs and birds, and he listens like every sound is the most important thing heâs ever heard. âThat so, doll?â he says softly, nodding along as if her squeaks are the start of a grand story.
.á The first time a storm rattles the windows, she wakes up sobbing, too young to understand the noise. Bucky lifts her from the crib and sits with her in the rocking chair, pressing his cheek to her hair. âItâs just the sky talkinâ, soldier. Nothing to be scared of.â He hums old swing tunes until her little fists unclench and her breathing steadies against his chest.
.á Sheâs running ahead on the playground, and Bucky calls after her, âHey, donât go too far, soldier!â You follow close behind, hands brushing against his as you jog. When she trips slightly, heâs there instantly, holding her close. You both kneel down and check her tiny knees together, and Bucky whispers to you with a cheeky glint in his eye, âSheâs tough⌠just like her mom.â
.á She stumbles over the word âdadaâ for the first time, and Buckyâs face softens. âSay it again⌠say it for me,â he whispers. She does, and he lifts her into his lap, eyes glinting. âYeah⌠thatâs it. Thatâs my girl.â You lean down to kiss his temple with a teasing smile, âI think she's got you wrapped around her little finger already.â
.á Sometimes you catch him staring at her as she sleeps, jaw tight, haunted by memories he never shares. You lean against him. âShe only sees the good you give her.â He exhales slowly, just nodding as the words get caught in his throat and his head leans back besides yours.
ââ . THOR ODINSON
girl dad! thor odinson..
.á When your daughter takes her first wobbly steps toward you and Thor, and he instinctively reaches out. âCareful, careful⌠yeah! Good job, little one.â She stumbles into your arms, laughing. Thor kneels beside her, brushing her hair back. âLook at you! That was amazing.â
.á Thor tries to teach your daughter how to hold a toy hammer like Mjolnir. âRemember⌠itâs not about strength, itâs about worthiness.â She giggles, pretending to swing it. He kneels beside her, voice softening. âPerfect! You truly are my daughter."
.á She insists on drawing maps and âplanning a missionâ around the house. Thor studies her crayon lines very seriously, voice low but playful. âAha⌠a cunning strategy. I approve this is genius.â
.á He tells your daughter stories of Asgard, Sakaar, and even traveling with the Guardians. âAnd then, we faced a monster with three heads!â She gasps and hugs him. You laugh softly, âYouâre giving her nightmares.â Thor shakes his head. âNonsense. She is learning bravery, and how courageous her father is.â
.á Taking Thor shopping was a job on it's own, but adding your daughter made it even more amusing challenging. She would always climb into the cart and wave at strangers like royalty. Thor leans over, grinning. âBehold, our tiny ruler! She commands all!â You laugh, shaking your head, âYou can't encourage!â He only smiles in response, âEncouragement is my duty⌠also my entertainment.â
.á Sheâs Thor's daughter, so of course that comes with some sort of power, you just hadn't expected it to set in so early. While she was coloring at the kitchen table one day when a small shock of energy makes the crayons float into the air. Thor freezes, eyes wide. âBy Odin⌠what is this?!â Your daughter is beyond giddy, âI made them fly!â Thor crouches to her level, voice soft but awestruck. âThat⌠is extraordinary. Truly, you are unlike any warrior I have ever met.â
