trying to decide if Thomas would make Scavenger Lennart his Vice Guildmaster and when that would happen if he did….
the main issue with “if” is that we don’t know who the Scavenger Guild’s current Vice is. I’m sure it’s another S-Rank, given that they have so many of them (so it’s not a Cha Hae-In situation where it was only natural for her to take the spot because of her rank alone) but I doubt Thomas would have someone incompetent in the spot as it is
Lennart would take the position if it was offered (more responsibility, more influence to protect her brother with), but I don’t think he would covet it from someone who already had the position unless he felt very strongly that he could do a lot better than them. I think Thomas would be the one to bring it up, maybe because the previous Vice was looking to retire or step down from their position to have more time for their loved ones or something, and Lennart would accept it in that case
as for when… sometime after Lennart moves in with Thomas, but definitely before they actually get together. mostly because I think when Thomas would be considering his candidates for Vice Guildmaster he’d be like “hm, my overly responsible roommate whom I am in love with? sure why not” and then he’d just ask him like the next morning
at this point in time everyone in Guild has already assumed they’re dating and that’s why he gave him the job but no one can really complain about it because he definitely is good at it
