it was rare to see an elf without a permanent home. unattached to any of the known elven locations: imladris, mirkwood, lothlorien or the grey havens. but that was of no concern to the wandering smith of old.
considered dead again after the attack on his family, only the hobbits, twin sons and a passing ranger knew the truth. that halrë was alive and well. but that secrecy was lost the night gilraen brought her son to Rivendell, for he helped to keep them safe on the journey.

“As much as I love them, all 3 of our children give me the urge to drink a full bottle of wine in 1 sitting.” (kingofthemirkwoodelks)
A quiet chuckle emanated from the direction of the tall blacksmith, before he straightened and glanced over. “That’s not difficult, Thran. At least you only had Legolas to raise. I had double the trouble to deal with.”
Unanswered Lore Question: What caused the social decline of the Orcs? In the Second Era, the Orcs were fairly well integrated into societies across Tamriel, but by the late Third Era they had fallen so far they were perceived as being simple monsters, to be attacked on sight.

The Doctor is having a rough night coping with what the Time Lords stole.
Rating: G. Or--read on AO3
---
Zero hour. Two minutes. Fifty-seven seconds. Eleven-eighths. One-seven. Measurements too small for the inhabitants of this planet to detect, to comprehend. But he knows. Cannot help but know, cannot ignore every miniscule shift, each tick—
It is the only thing left to him.
The blue box at his back is silent as he slides to the floor, velveteen tails pulled and wrinkled between it and the floor and pristine slacks. Wool. Human-made.
The lab is dark. No light from the lamp perched on his solitary, silent companion. No fluorescent spill from the hall. Only the palest illumination crosses grubby linoleum from the window in thin fingers to fall just short of patent-leather toes.
Silence leaves a yawning void in his ears where the song should be. His head thumps against neat grains of wood to fill the rift. He cannot feel her sing; he cannot hear her hum.
Hands reach to cover that old face.
Zero hour. Four minutes. Thirty seconds. Fifteen-eighths. Two-six.
Fingers find every crevasse: laughter lines that crinkle thoughtful eyes, fissures that furrow a thoughtful brow, parentheses that book-end mouth and nose. Ah, to be so young, and so, so old!
Will he perhaps age backward? Younger and younger as centuries pass, like some Earthly fairy-tale. Wouldn’t that just be fitting!
Fingers knot in white curls.
Zero hour. Five minutes. Five seconds. Ten-eighths. One-five.
Woolen knees draw to silken chest, ruffles crushed without second thought. Nothing, nothing, nothing! All empty and silent and dark in the still, slow stream of time.
Zero hour. Five minutes. Twelve seconds. Twelve-eighths. Three-nine.
It is on these nights that he finds himself simultaneously overfull with intense relief and remittent anger that the other has not come to torment him. If the other were to appear now…
Zero hour. Five minutes. Thirteen seconds. Zero. Zero.
He buries his face against his knees in facsimile of the repentant child they believe he should be. If those who purport to only think can be said to believe anything.
Silver tendrils creep their way across the floor in infinitesimal increments. His head turns just so to watch the reflected light of the sun in its steady, slow perpetual motion. Three-thousand, six hundred eighty-three kilometers per hour goes the moon round the Earth. One-hundred seven thousand kilometers per hour goes the Earth round the sun. Eight-hundred twenty-eight thousand miles goes the sun, taking this little galaxy with it.
Zero hour. Six minutes.
It practically moves backward, but move it does. This earth, and him upon it, in a journey across the universe.
His head falls back against the TARDIS, and the whisper of a smile graces his lips.
“Jai Guru Deva Om,” the Doctor sighs into the night. “I believe I have the record somewhere.”
Armored x Magic girls ‘title forever work in progress’ 3rd era finale
i mean given how 2nd era and 3rd are not as polished as the 1st era there's not much to say about the finale but this is how my fantasy looked.
so the big breach is what they're really fighting against. remember the portal from preview post and the girl that stayed behind to hold off monsters but now it's 100 times worse and that girl turns out was the 3rd shadow and the 3 shadows will go into the breach and meet the shadow dragon that gave Gabriela the mission. what happens next idk. maybe the dragon was one of the creatures from million years ago just screwing with plans of those that defeated him and trapped him in here idk.
on the battlefield we have new arrivals like the 5th kingdom and the new 1st kingdom queen is actually his older daughter so given the 5th kingdom's oath she's angry that both her father and younger sister are here but dads like there will be no world if this is not dealt with. and 2nd kingdom's secret castle. they showed up on floating chunks of land and with young dragons flying next to, steering by hitting drums. og i only had alpha team so we see more teams here like one showed up invisible on sky and first drooped red banners like pillars then you see their blond leader has white-red armor and great sword which was enchanted to create shield so she can just stick it in the ground and use hands for offensive magic. one was apparently on a mission in another dimension and they bring aircrafts from that dimension with them that immediately enter this breach.
as for the ending og it just leaves you with a question. is the magic world gone now? did they lose? added to this is the girl reading books that was mentioned in extra post. as she returns to last book on the shelf and that's it there are no more books a book falls from the top and it's blank. the girl then exits the house writes something down in it and goes out with a smile as she puts it in her.. forgot how to english.. bag? just big enough for the book, special bag for the book? idk 'googles types of bags' ..oh looks like satchel is the bag used here
it basically means 4th era has yet to be written and it's up to the future to write it.
reminder that no time traveler could go beyond this point.
