I absolutely adore this new Sanny dynamic⌠BUT all I can think about is Sammy missing his big brother and waiting longingly by the window đ youâre really hurting my feelings here. Also ofc Jake lunged into his mischief before he even arrived- boy thinks heâs Cupid
At its core, Brandy is really about family, I think. I don't have any siblings or a big family or anything so I like trying to nail down dynamics and build a space for a bunch of brothers who love each other to live together <3 also ur so sweet ily

Authorâs Note: Hey guys, Grey here. Jirou uses she/they pronouns in this, just so you donât get confused. Also, I think this is going to be a longer book. At least the size of One More, if not a little longer. I think thereâs gonna be a lot of conflict in this one, but it isnât fully prewritten like One More was, so thereâs not going to be a set update schedule, meaning you might have to wait weeks before a new chapter. âHow are we going to tell the others?â are the words that break him out of his thoughts.Â
âHuh?â he turns to Shouto.Â
He did not think that part through.Â
~
âFrom what i know, polyamrous relationships arenât common, and after the two of you got together everyone knew within hours. Do we want to keep this a secret?â Shouto was so calm, and relaxed about this. Which just made Izuku more anxious.Â
He tried to think through every option. Just going with the flow, and letting people find out how they find out, ritualistically coming out to everyone and telling everyone about their relationship, telling one choice person and letting the rumors spread and have to answer a million questions, keeping it a secret and having to bend over backwards to see Shouto- His mind was racing.Â
âWhy not let people know? If the extras have a problem with it, thatâs on them!â Katsuki growled, obviously peeved at the thought of keepin it secretÂ
Izuku just rolled his eyes, âLiar, youâre just a show offâ
âMaybe, I just spent a lot of time not being able to show you affection and I don't want to feel like that with Shouto.â Katsuki said his eyes trained on the food he had on the stove.Â
That stopped Izukuâs racing mind and started it again. How much had Katsuki gone through in hiding his feelings for me? He thought. Katsuki is such a prideful person, and keeping such a big secret for so long takes a toll. Especially when the secret is so close to your heart. Especially when you think that you need to keep it a secret in order to protect your pride.Â
âMaybe,â shouto said, âBut youâd still be able to show me affection, just not in front of others. Youâd still be able to love me. Iâd still love you. But this way there won't be a whole bunch of commotion like when you guys started dating.â
âShouto has a point, this way we can get used to a new dynamic without having to worry about everyone else.â
Bakugou didnât move. He just focused on rolling the omlet, carefully pushing it onto itself and pouring in more egg, systematically over and over again. âIâm just sick of hiding. But I get it. I get not wanting to say anything and disappoint someone, and I get being scared. So yeah. Letâs keep this a fucking secret.âÂ
This is a new side of Katsuki. A side of him that is more tortured than he will ever let anyone know. The side of him that takes all of the hurt that he gives. And seeing this hurt Izuku in turn.
âLet's just try it this way for a little while, kacchan.â Izuku said, walking up behind Katsuki to kiss at the nape of his neck. âPlus, itâs not like weâd be apart all the time. Iâd still be able to show affection in public, and we can hang out alone in the mornings, and at night, and off campus.âÂ
âOf course,â Shouto added, âI just want one exception, if you guys are okay with thatâÂ
âWhat kind of exception? I thought the whole point of this is so we could start the relationship on our own?â Katsuki growled
âJirou.â shouto spoke, âI confided in her when i knew i couldnât- thought i couldnât have you guys. I knew I loved you for a long time and I knew that I wanted to be with you, but it felt wrong to like the both of you. Jirou kept me sane through that. I know thatâs something you didnât have, Katsuki, but I want them to be the first to know. They deserve it.â
âOf course!â Izuku smiles, âIf itâs okay with Kacchan, that is.â
âWhy did you talk to Earphones of all people?â
âSheâs easy to be around.â
Katsuki chuckled, âSure, you can tell emochick.â
~
Shouto knocked on Jirous' door before entering as usual. He comes around at this time to get away from the commotion that is a bunch of high schoolers living together, and because of jirouâs quirk her room is soundproof.
Heâs learned a lot since he started coming here. He learned about music. He wasnât allowed to listen to much of it when he lived with his father. He wasnât allowed to do much of anything when he was living with his father. Now he knows heâs a rock music type of person. He likes the way it helps him expend the kind of energy that usually gets bottled up at the same time as he recharges his social battery by just coexisting with Jirou.Â
âHey man.â is all Jirou says when he comes into the room.Â
Shouto sat down in her studio chair and let out a heavy breath. So much has been going on. He needed to recharge. So, he said it bluntly, he didnât have the energy to try and make it sound nice, and he knew that with jirou, he didnât have to. âI have two boyfriendsâ
They just stared at him. âWhat?!âÂ
âLast night, Bakugou and Midoriya came into my room and said that izuku had overheard us talking that morning and that they both had feelings for me too. They wanted to be in a polyamorous relationship and i accepted.â
She looked at him, appalled for another minute, âNice.â
And that was all she said.Â
Shouto liked coming to jirouâs room. It was simple.
I didnât say that. I just said what I provide from my side. She, you in this occasion, can do whatever you want. You have your own free will and needs and of course I respect that.
That's nice to hear but sometimes people can overstep the boundaries thinking that they are pleasing their companion when in reality, they don't let them decide and act for themselves.
editing/finishing scenes like: how do i make it clear that my MC is actually invested and attracted to these people and not just being manipulated into liking them

Does that mean that the norse gods could be black? Africa is the home of everyone anyway
Velkomin(n), vinur minn.(Welcome, my friend.)
In my opinion, which is something I try to avoid doing since this is an academic blog, the gods would not be bound by race at all; their form and image is not subject to a standard or a rule, but rather to personal or group preference. Certain aspects are âset in stone,â (such as Odinâs eye) but much is left to the imagination. Confining them to a specific race implies that those who âcreatedâ these gods also saw them as being confined to only their race. But what was that race? How did they even conceptualize themselves as a race? As for the Norse, the majority were white and saw themselves as white in complexion, and thus they likely saw their gods in the same way, but that doesnât mean the additional baggage accompanied it for them as it does for us. It could have been simply a matter of appearance, such as the color of a shirt that a person happened to wear.
You end up having to ask yourself, what was race to them? Was it even about color, or was it about location, language, or even culture? There is so much modern baggage accompanying the term âraceâ today that I highly doubt was around back then. The way people viewed each other, and the way they identified, was drastically different then. Now, I am once again unfamiliar with appropriate scholarly material to support myself here, and I definitely could spend the time researching this for you, but your question also seemed like one that should be answered less formally, at least at first.
In short, the conflict of race in Norse mythology that we see today was not likely a conflict experienced by those of the past. Most of the people worshipping those gods were describing them in the image that they were most surrounded by and familiar with, which, for the Norse, was generally white. It was not to exclude, nor to privilege, but rather to simply give them an image that they could relate to, if anything. That said, if you wanted to imagine them as being black for personal reasons, I donât see any harm in doing so; but you cannot say that everyone must conform to this view, either.Â
The issue is obviously a very complicated one, and I simply do not have the appropriate historical evidence to actually answer our questions about how past worshippers understood these gods and âraceâ. I can say, however, that those people of northern Europe more than likely saw the gods as reflecting their own image, which was generally white. Does their experience mean that the godsâ image cannot change today, for personal reasons? It can, at least for individuals and certain groups, but not for everyone. Until I research it further, I cannot say much else, nor will I debate about it. Perhaps when I find some spare time, I will delve into this problem a bit more properly.

I do, I guess??? I am more of a SouRin shipper in general but I have entertained the thought of SouMako. I mean, I love the art--but I canât say that I have a lot of major headcanons for it.
