Two days in a row I watched someone stretch before a run.....run with poor form (but at least he's running 👍🏻)....then go straight to "throwing" around weights WITHOUT a post-run stretch. - Stretching cold muscles, is not a good idea. A short 5-10 min, slow pace, run....THEN a good stretch before a full run is a MUCH better idea. - What gets me is the no post-run stretch 😱!! #dontforgettostretch #notallpainisgood #warmup #thenstretch #postrunstretch (at Brickhouse gym 24/7)
